Training in Aerobic Kickboxing enhances self confidence by giving you the self defense skills you previously thought unattainable. With great instruction here at the Urban Combative Training you will be kicking with skill and power, and proving it to yourself on the bag sessions that are also part of the classes. One of the students shows how to deliver that high kick (left) and Tina powers-up on the bag with a round kick! (right). The class also uses aerobic weight training to tone the body for wonderful results!
