Progressive training is a key element in our Aerobic kickboxing. Basic techniques are taught as the foundation of the classes, leading to more advanced movements which allow the practitioner to build the skill & confidence required to kick & punch on focus mitts & heavy bag with power and authority. With just a few weeks of training you'll be surprised at your own abilities, as well as your fitness level & muscle tone improvements. Here one of the students executes a side-kick, which is one of the many drills you'll participate in. The class is broken down into aerobic training, self-defense, heavy bag training, and kick-punching drills on pads. A student can learn how to apply the kicks and punches and not just aerobic dancing movements. This is the big difference between the class at the Urban Combative Training and others around the metroplex.
