The Urban Combative Training maximizes the development of specific attributes to produce
a well-rounded person capable of effectively dealing with any situation.
In order to develop strength, power, explosive speed, and other attributes,
Professor Severe recommends supplementing formal training with the following weight
training routine, done on a three days on, three days off rotation. Also
Professor Severe changes his training with lots of power cleans. Weight-lifting is not body building.
A fighter traines to enhance the body to prevent injury, to gain the edge in escapes and
to apply monster joint locks that will rip limbs off. Good eating habbits and sleep are
a must for a healthy body. Of course do not over train!
Most professional NHB fighters use drugs to enhance their bodies to become more
competitive. This is not the correct path to take.
Today, 2004, Ralph mainly focuses on power cleans, bench, rows, military press, and lite squats.
This weight schedule with aerobics help him stay healthy.

This body is not yours, nor does it belong to others. It should be seen as the product of the whole of history. In regard to it the wise person will reflect on the nature of conditioning, saying: If this comes into being, that will arise; if this does not come into being, that will not arise. -Samyutta Nikaya
